* Opening Discussion, 6th Innovation Economics Conference for Antitrust Lawyers (21 April 2022, King’s College London). As the day goes on, we’ve got fascinating panels on market definition, models of competition and market power, essential facilities, and we’ll conclude this afternoon with thoughts on the Digital Markets Act (DMA), all extremely interesting and very topical subjects. We are going to begin with a discussion between myself and Jonathan Scott, who will tell us some of his views from the position of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
