Cette quatrième table-ronde du colloque "Quel avenir pour les restrictions verticales ?" (Paris, 23 mai 2008) est dédiée à l’étude de l’effet de forclusion des restrictions verticales. La question se pose dans les différents champs du droit de la concurrence - pratiques restrictives, pratiques unilatérales, concentrations - pour lesquels le droit et la politique communautaire apportent des réponses dont la cohérence n’est pas forcément évidente. Dès lors, il est possible de s’interroger sur les avantages et les inconvénients d’un éventuel cadre unique de référence. Cette table-ronde est suivie des conclusions du colloque par le Professeur Laurence Idot.
