From 1991 to 1993 I was a member of the Munich-centered project, chaired by Wolfgang Fikentscher, that produced the Draft International Antitrust Code (DIAC) of 1993. [1] That document responded to the globalization of markets and the perceived need for a world concept of competition principles and modalities of enforcement fitting for a world without parochial borders.
