Malta : A review of the Commission for Fair Trading case law
The need for this publication has long been felt as the legislative hurdle to accessibility has now taken its toll. The principal aim for entertaining this enterprise is therefore at the same time both modest and simple. It is mainly intended to satisfy the necessity for ease of reference to interested students, practitioners, and engaged entrepreneurs. It is designed merely as a further supplementary tool to assist these diverse categories when confronted with the manifold issues that arise from this complex legal and economic reality. On an even wider context, this publication is also intended to submit these decisions to the scrutiny of scholarly examination for as Socrates said : the unexamined life is not worth living.
