SYNTHESE
Book presentation :
Antonio Bavasso began the presentation pointing that he believed Judge Ginsburg has made essential contributions to the field of antitrust in three different dimensions : enforcement, judicial bench, and academia. He then reminded the audience of Judge Ginsburg’s trajectory from his appointment to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 1986 to his role as Chief Judge from 2001 to 2008, with a parallel and constant engagement in teaching and publishing. The Liber Amicorum book reflects the breadth of Judge Ginsburg’s contribution to the field in terms of diversity of topics and contributions.
