Program

Welcome

Nathalie Homobono

The Minister of the Economy, M. Emmanuel Macron, is delighted to host again Concurrences New Frontiers of Antitrust conference in Bercy. His vision of competition is the one embodied in this annual event that has now become a traditional meeting of the competition community. Competition is not a dogma, it is an essential policy for any country, helping to promote growth, innovation and employment. It is a tool to further economic efficiency and social justice. The recent reforms advanced by M. Macron in the fields of transportation, retail trade, and regulated legal professions have started delivering results: new services and new jobs have been created. The topics of today’s discussion panels will be wide-reaching and numerous. I wish you fruitful and lively debates.
