SYNTHÈSE

Antoine Chapsal’s first question to Pierre Régibeau concerned his view on the impact of the CET on the European Commission’s latest decisions and how he sees the CET rules evolving in the future.

The second part of the discussion will be about the complex mergers that have tested the boundaries of economic analysis and the main challenges that the CET is facing for the economic assessment of the new theory of harm in merger control.
