European Commission: Recent Developments on Discovery following Amicus Curiae* On 27 August 2010, the US District Court of the Eastern District of New York, Judge John Gleeson, on appeal issued an order whereby access by the plaintiffs to a Statement of Objections and to a transcript of an Oral Hearing emanating from the European Commission's investigation was denied.
