The Portuguese Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court declares cartel offence to be time-barred but upholds decision imposing fines on information exchange infringement (Canteen Cartel)

Following the Portuguese Competition Authority (PCA) decision dated 30 December 2009 imposing a total EUR 14,720,283.27 fine on five undertakings operating on the Portuguese foodservice/catering market - Eurest (Portugal) – Sociedade Europeia de Restaurantes e Alimentação, Lda.
