The Paris Court of Appeal had ruled against the world’s leading temporary employment agencies for a price cartel concerning their major clients [1]. The Court of Cassation has delivered a most informative decision of rejection in respect of all the appeals – essentially procedural - against the ruling. Two of the participants in the cartel had successfully obtained the withdrawal from the proceedings of their employees’ electronic mail boxes under business secrecy.
