The Netherlands: The Court of Rotterdam decides former Employees Cannot invoke the Right to remain silent* On 9 June 2011, the Court of Rotterdam (the Court) ruled that the appeals lodged by the former employees of two undertakings against the decisions of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) imposing fines on them for failure to cooperate with the NMa investigations were unfounded.
