The CNMC initiates disciplinary proceedings against Repsol for a possible violation of the provisions in the resolutions of 30 July 2009 and 20 December 2013* The CNMC has initiated disciplinary proceedings against REPSOL Comercial de Productos Petrolifos, S.A. (Repsol) for a possible breach of its obligations pursuant to the resolutions of 30 July 2009 and 20 December 2013 (VS/0652/07).
