UOHS, not yet published, rendered on appeal against the decision of the President of the Office for the Protection of Competition By a judgment of 29 September 2006, the Regional Court in Brno annulled the decision of the President of the Office for the Protection of Competition (the “Office”) rendered on 31st May 2004 (joint cases R 23-28/2004) in the so-called “petrol cartel case”, concerning the major Czech retail distributors of car fuels.
