The Paris Court of Appeal rules on search and seizure warrants (Seco-Rail)

In several cases relating to the award of public contracts, the courts have authorized search and seizure operations in the premises of various companies suspected of collusion. In each case, the Court of Cassation dismissed the appeal against the order issuing the warrant and the Competition Council (now the Competition Authority) imposed pecuniary sanctions at trial.
