On October 4, 2011, the delegate of the first President of the Paris Court of Appeal issued three orders relating to competition search and seizure operations conducted by the French National Competition Authority (the «NCA«) at the premises of TNT Express and TNT Express France («TNT«), SARL Geodis Division Messagerie Services GDMS, and La Fédération des Entreprises de Transport Logistique de France, in the traditional, rapid and express transport and delivery services. These orders dismiss the appeal lodged, respectively, by each of the above mentioned companies challenging the validity of the search and seizure operations.
