The New Caledonian Competition Authority closes its investigation into the potential abuse of a public tender by three companies with the same owner (Net Eclair, EGN Cleaning and Sprint Pacific)

Dismissal in the context of a call for tenders on the office cleaning market (decision no. 2021-PAC-02 of November 4, 2021)* On February 20, 2019, the Department of Purchasing, Heritage and Resources of New Caledonia (DAPM) launched a call for tenders for the cleaning of offices and management annexes as well as sports infrastructure in New Caledonia. Among the bidding companies, the DAPM found that three of them, EGN Cleaning, Net Eclair and Sprint Pacific shared a common manager, raising fears of an anti-competitive agreement practice to the detriment of the public purchaser.
