In a decision issued on November 18th, 2014 [1], the French competition authority (hereafter the "FCA") fined three removal companies for having colluded in presenting cover quotes in the military personnel removal sector in Martinique. National regulatory provisions set a competitive process for refunding removal expenses of military personnel assigned overseas and relocated.
