The interests of local producers and farmers in the agri-food supply chain, as well as those of consumers, will be better protected by the regulation recently approved by the Government. It prohibits a number of contract terms and sets out procedures for investigating and solving complaints concerning unfair practices by large traders, as well as fines for infringement.
