The EU Commission finds that the benefits earned from State aid by an Italian company are valid and compatible with the internal market (Toremar)

Another Altmark Compliant Case!* Introduction It is very rare for measures of compensation for public service obligations to be found by the European Commission to be compliant with the Altmark conditions. Nonetheless, in the past two years the Commission has concluded that two Italian measures were free of State aid because they satisfied the Altmark conditions.
