A new version of FAS Order on analyzing the state of competition on the markets came into effect* On 15 March 2015 came into force No. 33/15 FAS Order “On Introducing Changes to the Procedure for Analyzing the State of Competition on the Markets Approved by No. 220 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of 28 April 2010” of 30 January 2015. The main novelties of the Order include: –
