The EU General Court paves the way for publishing of non-protected hardcore cartels’ related information (Reagens)

Factual Background of Judgment of the General Court, T-181/10, Reagens / Commission (hereinafter the “judgment”) By Decision C(2009) 8682 final of 11 November 2009 (Case COMP/38589 – Heat stabilisers), the Commission found that a number of undertakings, including Reagens SpA had infringed Article 81 EC and Article 53 EEA by participating in two sets of anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices covering the territory of the EEA in the heat stabilisers sector.
