(TPG) of the Netherlands and Singapore Post Private Limited (SPPL). This authorisation is conditional upon TPG selling the business carried out by TNT International Mail in the Netherlands in order to prevent a strengthening of TPG‘s dominant position on the Dutch market for outbound cross-border business mail.
