On June 23, the House Judiciary Committee marked up and reported favorably six new tech antitrust bills called to be a “historic package of bipartisan legislation” aimed at “reining in anti-competitive abuses of the most dominant firms online.” If finally enacted, they would significantly alter current U.S. antitrust rules affecting big tech companies moving forward.
