On 7 July 2016 TAR Lazio delivered Decision No. 7030 in which it rejected the annulment action brought by certain tourism transport operators operating in the municipality of Rome. Background & facts of the case Trambus Open was a company created from the public-private partnership between ATAC, a company entirely owned by the Municipality of Rome, and LCR, a competitor of the claimants.
