Amendments to the Danish Competition Act come into effect*
In December 2014 the Danish Parliament passed the latest amendments to the Danish Competition Act. Furthermore, just a few weeks back the Parliament also passed the amendment making merger filing in the Danish telecoms sector more or less mandatory. The changes came into effect 1 July 2015.
