Introduction On 12 July 2006 the Commission adopted a decision to levy a penalty payment of EUR 280.5 million on Microsoft for continued non compliance with the Commission Decision of 24 March 2004 in Case COMP/C-3/37.792, Microsoft (“the 2004 Decision”) [1].
