The Cypriot Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) found that excessive prices applied by the airport operator on its competitors for parking services amount to an abuse of a dominant position. [1] The complainants in this case, A. Princess Airport Parking Ltd, C & A Stop and Fly Ltd and X. Xanthos Airport Parking Services (the Complainants), were providers of valet parking services within the Larnaca International Airport (LCA). The Complainants filed a complaint with the CPC against Hermes Airports Limited (Hermes), the operator of LCA, alleging that the prices Hermes charged the Complainants for the licensing of designated parking spaces within LCA, in relation to which the Complainants would offer their valet parking services, was abusive conduct
