In a ruling dated 26 January 2010, the Paris Court of Appeal confirmed a decision by the French National Competition Authority (the “NCA”) sanctioning world-leading companies in the temporary employment sector for infringing Article 81 EC  and its French equivalent. Background Following a complaint lodged with the European Commission, which then referred the case to the French authorities, the NCA imposed a total fine of € 94,4 million on Manpower, Adecco and Vedior Bis in a decision dated 2 February 2009 .
