The French Commercial Supreme Court quashes the Court of Appeal decision in the iPhone case without any practical effect (Orange / Apple / France Télécom)

The Court of Cassation has quashed and annulled the decision by which the Paris Court of Appeal upheld the order for interim measures - which are very unusual - leading to the suspension of Orange's exclusive deal to market the iPhone [1].
