Mergers: Commission approves DIC's acquisition of BASF Colors & Effects, subject to conditions The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition of BASF Colors & Effects by the DIC Corporation (‘DIC'). The approval is conditional on full compliance with a commitments package offered by DIC.
