The Chinese NDRC fines a healthcare company for price-fixing for 4% of its sales revenue on cardiovascular and diabetes medical device products in China (Medtronic)

On 7 December 2016, the NDRC announced that it had investigated and fined Medtronic for engaging in RPM in breach of the AML. The NDRC found that, since 2014, Medtronic had agreed with its distributors to limit the resale, tender, and minimum prices of its cardiovascular, restorative therapy, and diabetes
