The Dutch Competition Authority sets priorities in relation to vertical restraints

An ACM policy paper provides insight into its strategy and enforcement priorities with regard to vertical agreements between suppliers and buyers. In brief The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has published a policy paper setting out its view on vertical agreements. When choosing whether to carry out further investigation into a vertical agreement, the ACM’s central concern will be the effect on consumer welfare. The ACM will give priority to examining those vertical agreements where the risk of consumer harm is high. The
