The UK Parliament adopts a reform of competition regime

On 25 April 2013 the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill (ERR Bill) received Royal Assent. The proposals for reform of the UK competition regime, published by the Government in March 2012, are set out in Part 3 and Part 4 of the new ERR Act and are expected to come fully into force in April next year.
