The President of the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection holds that notaries ethics code contains provisions breaching competition law (Council of the Notary of Poland)

In the decision from April 19, 2010 the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (hereinafter the “OCCP President”) found that the Ethics Code of the Notary (hereinafter the “Code”) adopted by the Council of the Notary of Poland (hereinafter the “Council”) contains provisions breaching the principles of competition law.
