The French Competition Council issued on the 14 April 2006 an opinion regarding the application of French and EC antitrust rules (Articles L. 420-1 and L. 420-2 of the French Commercial Code and Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty) regarding the fruit and vegetables sector in the French region of Brittany.
