Wolfgang Kopf has been Senior Vice President for Group Public and Regulatory Affairs at Deutsche Telekom AG since November 2006. He is responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Competition and Media Policy, Spectrum Strategy and Public Affairs. He joined Deutsche Telekom Group in 1995 where he has held various senior positions. He studied Arts and Law at the Universities of Mainz and Speyer. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of London. Wolfgang Kopf is a board member of GSMA, a member of the ZDF Television Council and a member of the Foundation Board of the International Charlemagne Prize of Aachen. In addition, he is the Vice-Chair of the BIAC Competition Committee at OECD and co-editor of two German Law Journals.
