J. Wyatt Fore is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Constantine Cannon, where he concentrates his practice on civil antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition advocacy and counseling, and company compliance and risk assessments. Wyatt has experience with complex case litigation, and has represented clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a variety of federal and state lawsuits. His clients come from a diverse range of industries, including tech, health care, finance, airlines, and life sciences. Wyatt began his career at another major international law firm in Washington, DC, where he worked on antitrust litigation and counseling, white collar defense, and complex commercial and securities litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he received the Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award and won the 11th Annual UCLA Williams Institute Moot Court Competition. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law and worked as a law clerk to the legal team of DeBoer v. Snyder, consolidated sub nom. Obergefell v. Hodges, which guaranteed the nationwide right to marry for same-sex couples. He received his B.A., with Honors, in Political & Social Thought from the University of Virginia, where he was a Lawn Resident. Prior to law school, Mr. Fore worked on various political campaigns, including serving as Political Director to Senator Maggie Hassan’s 2012 campaign for Governor, and Political Director for the successful initiative to retain New Hampshire’s historic marriage equality law. Wyatt is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the ABA.
