Philipp Westerhoff is a Senior Associate at Hausfeld in Berlin. He advises clients on EU and German competition law, with a focus on antitrust litigation, the digital media and network industries. Recent cases include the private enforcement of competition law claims in landmark cases involving digital platforms in Germany and the representation of several complainants in investigations relating to Apple and Google at European and national levels. In addition, he represented several interveners in the Google Shopping and Android cases before the EU’s General Court (now before the CJEU).
