Vivian advises multinational and Chinese clients on the competition law regime in China and has extensive experience in transactional and compliance advisory work on Chinese merger control and behavioural antitrust investigation matters covering a broad range of industry sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Vivian was a partner of a major PRC firm specialised in competition, based in Beijing. Vivian also has years of antitrust experiences working in a leading international law firm in its Beijing, London and Brussels offices. Vivian was recognized by Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers – Future Leaders, in 2019 and 2020 ; “40 under 40” by GCR in 2020. Vivian was ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific as an “Ranked individual” in 2019 - 2021 and an “Up and Coming” Lawyer for 2017 and 2018 ; has been named as an ‘Associates to watch’ in Chambers Asia Pacific “Competition/Antitrust (International Firms)” category from 2012 to 2016. She was the winner of China Law & Practice Awards 2015 Rising Star for Competition Law.
