Since November 2005, he is Assistant Professor in SSD SECS-P/06 (Applied Economics), at the Università degli Studi di Foggia, Faculty of Economics, where he teaches Industrial Organization. Since 2005/2006, he has been lecturing and teaching at Luiss Guido Carli University, where he currently teaches Industrial Organization. Since 2002, he is Research Fellow at Research Center “GRIF - Fabio Gobbo” at Luiss Guido Carli University. Since 2013 he is member of executive committee of GRIF. Since 2010 he is responsible of the Green and Renewable Energy Observatory. He has extensive research and advisory experience in industrial economics and politics ; market regulations and infrastructural policies in the transport, energy, telecommunications and local public services sector ; competition, antitrust policies, energy and environmental policies, green technology and renewable resources.
