Tom McQuail is a member of the Global Antitrust Law Practice Group and is the managing partner of the firm’s Brussels office. Tom is an experienced merger control counselor, and has extensive experience advising on cartels, abuse-of-dominance claims, and distribution issues. He also advises on antitrust damages claims in Europe. Tom’s experience covers a range of industries including chemicals, consumer electronics, consumer goods, energy, food and drink, forest products, insurance, oilfield services, packaging, pharmaceuticals, software, steel, technology, and telecommunications. His list of clients over the years has included a wide range of mainly European, Japanese, and U.S.-based corporations and associations.
