Thomas Fetzer has held the chair of public law, regulatory law and tax law at the University of Mannheim since 2012. He is also one of the academic directors of the Mannheim Centre for Competition and Innovation and the Leibniz Science Campus Mannheim Taxation. His research focuses on the sectoral regulation of network industries, in particular telecommunications regulation, competition and regulatory issues of the digital economy, and European tax law.
