Temidayo Alade is an Antitrust/Competition lawyer. He routinely advises on a broad range of high-profile antitrust investigations and contentious regulatory issues on anticompetitive and unilateral practices often involving multiple jurisdictions across a range of sectors. Most recently, he has been working on merger control filings, regulatory merger control investigations, market definition research, follow-on damages claims, class actions, cartel investigations and regulatory investigations on gun jumping.
