Tabita started collaborating with Portolano Cavallo in 2020. She offers consultancy in the field of labor law from an employers’ point of view. In particular, Tabita assists multinational companies in the management of managerial and non-managerial employment relationships , self-employment, consultancy, agency and tenders, in their establishment, execution and termination phases. He also deals with the analysis and management of dismissals, settlement agreements, litigation and pre-litigation, drafting of judicial documents and management of obligations relating to the electronic civil trial.
He also assists Italian and foreign clients in managing meetings with the competent administrative bodies (eg ITL and Certification Commissions). Tabita also has experience in due diligence activities in the context of corporate transactions. She was mentioned as a "key lawyer" by Legal 500 EMEA 2022 for the Employment area. Before joining Portolano Cavallo, he collaborated with Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners and with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Tabita graduated in law from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 2016, with a thesis in Labor Law entitled : “The damage to the person of the worker : protection of professionalism and jus variandi in the light of the ’new’ art. 2103 of the Civil Code". In 2022 he participated in the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the University of Leiden (NL). She is a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats ( AIJA ) and of the Professional Women’s Network of Rome ( PWN Rome ).
