Stephen T. Cheng, Associate at The Volkov Law Group, specializes in corporate compliance and ethics issues, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption laws, third-party due diligence, internal investigations, and corporate governance. Before joining The Volkov Law Group, Stephen was employed by a Fortune 100 global defense and aerospace corporation, where he was responsible for managing its anti-corruption compliance program.
