Sofia El Hariri joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2014 and was appointed counsel in 2019. She advises on French and European competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, anti-competitive practices and restrictive practices. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, she holds a Master 2 Professional Degree in European Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (2006), a Master 2 Professional Degree in Political Science - European Affairs from the University of Lille 2 (2005), a Master 2 in International and European Law (2004) from the Universities of Haagse Hogeschool and Leiden (Netherlands) and a University Diploma in Anglo-American Law from the University of Clermont-Ferrand (2004). She co-authored the article : "L’entreprise face au durcissement des sanctions en matière de délais de paiement : comment réduire le risque ? "Option Droit & Affaires, February 22, 2017. She is a member of the Association of Lawyers Practising Competition Law (APDC).
