Sharon is a partner with Freshfields based in London. With a focus on digital markets, technology and payments and financial services infrastructure, Sharon has experience in advising international clients on complex antitrust investigations and litigation (including those involving the intersection of antitrust law with intellectual property law), global mergers and acquisitions and other strategic competition law and compliance considerations. This involves liaising closely with competition law agencies such as the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
