Samuel Guggenheimer is an associate in the Antitrust Practice of Shearman & Sterling. His practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation, as well as antitrust and trade regulation. Prior to and during law school, Sam worked as a civilian security specialist at the U.S. Department of Defense. He also interned with the Foreign Investment Review Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division.
