Sabrina Borocci leads the Italian Antitrust and European law practice and is a member of Hogan Lovells EU – Global Antitrust Practice. Sabrina is based in Milan and Brussels ; she has a strong academic background, having dedicated her PhD and LLM studies entirely to European law and competition law. She is an adjunct professor at Bocconi University. Sabrina focuses on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and merger control filings. She provides full-service assistance both at compliance and litigation levels ; she also advises clients on compliance with the competition rules and provides assistance in internal antitrust audits and public enforcers’ investigations and requests for information. She is an NGA of the Italian Competition Authority within the International Competition Network, and she actively cooperates in various working groups.
