Ruth Chen is associate general counsel, competition and regulatory at Meta. She manages a wide range of competition matters for the company across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Meta, Ruth Chen spent several years at HSBC and at Freshfields advising on antitrust matters across the region. Ruth’s experience includes merger control, regulatory investigations and antitrust litigation. Ruth Chen is based in Singapore.
